If you are enrolled in a group course with accountability, lives, and or instructor feedback options you can expect:

In Slack- Response times anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days. No responses over weekends or on stated vacations

In Slack-Short answer questions will be addressed in text format, longer more complicated requests for feedback or responses will be asked to submit for LIVE coaching if your program contains the live coaching feature or will be referred to book a 1:1. 

LIVE coaching requires you to submit questions prior to the session. Questions are answered in the order they are received and may be grouped with similar questions during feedback. There is no limit to the number of questions you can ask for a LIVE though we ask that you be respectful of the group dynamics and note when it might be better to book a 1:1.

All workshops and programs, content and audio recordings, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. If you do not show up to your booked time slot and do not contact to cancel (you are required to give 24 hrs notice of cancellation) you will not be given a refund. 

You are not permitted to share your login information or allow anyone but yourself to access any of the workshops, courses or programs. If it is discovered that you are sharing access to our material with anyone you will lose access without refund.
